A Passion for Midland

Received a $9 million verdict, the highest from a jury in a personal injury case in Reeves County, for the wrongful death of an oilfield service company worker.

Obtained a successful acquittal for nurses accused of using private information to report a physician to the Texas State Medical Board that subsequently resulted in suing Winkler County, the Winkler County Sherrif, the physician, and the Winkler County Attorney in Federal District Court. The case was resolved by paying the nurses $750,000.

Successfully represented a high school senior who was suspended from Midland High School and refused access to graduation ceremonies. Midland Independent School District paid the student $150,000.
