Brian Carney grew up in Midland and has been representing Midland-based clients for nearly 30 years. He attended Midland High School and knew early on that he would eventually serve the people of his hometown. He attended the University of Oklahoma followed by the Oklahoma City School of Law.

Brian Carney was raised in Midland. Following graduating from law school he served as a Law Clerk to Hon. Lucius D. Bunton, Chief Judge U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas. He then worked as a felony prosecutor for the Midland County District Attorney’s office prosecuting felonies ranging from capital murder to theft. He is licensed to practice in Texas and before both the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and all the United States District Courts for the Western District of Texas.
